He was my brother. He loved his boys more than anything in the entire world and they knew it. Bill had a very kind heart for those in need or struggling. I will miss you everyday of my life my little brother. I love you as only a brother can. we had so many good times, and some bad, growing up but life was good. I love you Bill.
